Compassionate support for people and families navigating one of life's most significant passages.
An end-of-life doula provides compassionate, non-medical support to people approaching the end of life and to those around them. We offer emotional and practical guidance during this significant stage.
Our role is to walk alongside individuals and families, helping create comfort, dignity, and connection. We do not replace medical or clinical care, but instead complement existing services by focusing on supporting people on their journey with their values and wishes at the centre.
While the services below are core offerings, I'm always here to talk about other ways I may be able to support you. If I'm not the right person for a particular need, I can help guide you towards the services and supports that are right for you.

For some people, the end of life is a time of reflection — a moment to look back, honour their journey, and leave something meaningful behind.
Legacy writing can include life story writing for those who feel drawn to capturing their memories and reflections in a gentle, supported way. It can also be something more personal and intimate — letters to the people you love.
I can support you to thoughtfully craft messages, helping you express your feelings in your own words and voice. This work is approached with care, compassion, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space for reflection and connection.
Let's capture your words →Memory collections are created by spending time with your family, friends, and community as they celebrate your life and the moments that mattered most. I gently gather their stories, reflections, and favourite memories, and weave them together into a meaningful legacy document.
This can take place while you are still with us — as part of a living wake or life celebration — allowing you to hear and experience the stories shared in your honour. It can also be created after your death, offering loved ones a way to preserve collective memories and connection as part of the farewell process.
These stories become a lasting keepsake.
Celebrate your story →Thinking about end-of-life planning can feel overwhelming, and knowing where to begin isn't always easy.
I can walk alongside you through the practical side of planning — helping you understand the important documents to consider, guiding you toward services, and supporting you as you complete the paperwork at your own pace.
This support is about bringing clarity and calm to the process, so you and the people you love can feel more prepared and informed.
